10 Yard Roll Off Dumpster Rentals

Our 10-yard dumpster is ideal for small home or landscape clean-up and projects, as well as for the disposal of heavy materials such as roofing shingles. With a generous capacity of 10 cubic yards, this versatile dumpster provides ample space for a wide range of materials. From household debris, furniture, and appliances to construction and demolition waste, it’s designed to handle it all. The typical tonnage included is 2-3 tons, so if you are going to be using this unit to dispose of heavy materials, pay attention to the tonnage included and overage costs of each option. 

The 10-yard dumpster, which is the smallest size we provide, is perfect for disposing of heavy materials such as concrete, asphalt, or dirt. It is also suitable for projects that involve disposing of an amount of material roughly equivalent to four pickup truck loads. Some typical uses include, but aren’t limited to:

Please be sure to specify what materials you plan on putting in the unit so we can plan accordingly. For example, drywall and insulation material sometimes require proof it is asbestos-free, and some appliances/pieces of furniture require an extra fee paid to the landfill.

How do I know what size roll off dumpster I need?

It depends on the size of your project and how much space you have to store the dumpster. Roll-off dumpster rental sizes are typically measured in cubic yards. The exterior dimensions of the dumpster are usually measured in feet. To find the volume of a dumpster you simply multiply the exterior dimensions of width, height and length in feet and then divide the final figure by 27 to determine total volume in cubic yards. What happens if I overfill the dumpster?

If debris is filled above the wall height or items are included in the container making the container overweight, you would be responsible for off-loading the container into another dumpster. This would force having to pay for another container and the labor involved with making the container safe to haul.

What can’t be placed in the roll off dumpster?

We can not accept any type of hazardous waste such as pesticides, motor oil, freon, tires, etc. We ask that when placing the order, you disclose what you’re looking to dispose of so that we can advise of any potential issues. Including these items could result in additional fees and having to unload these items prior to removal.
